Recreation Commission

The Lebanon Township Recreation Commission is dedicated to providing quality recreational opportunities for the residents of Lebanon Township, New Jersey.

We sponsor a number of popular events, including Summer Day Camp at Camp Bernie, the Annual Easter Egg Hunt and A Visit with Santa. We also partner with the New Jersey Recreation and Parks Association to provide discount tickets to many popular amusement parks.

Meetings

The Commission meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Lebanon Township Municipal Building, 530 West Hill Road, Lebanon Township, NJ. Our meetings are open to the public and township residents are welcome to attend.

2011 Easter Egg Hunt - Sunday, April 17

This year's Easter Egg Hunt was held on Sunday, April 17 at 2:00 pm at Memorial Park.

Games, the Egg Hunt and a Visit with the Easter Bunny were available for children from pre-school through 6th grade. Prizes were awarded to the children who found the special eggs during the hunt.

A Visit with Santa

Our annual Visit with Santa was held on Saturday, December 3, 2011, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Valley View School.

Santa spent the afternoon visiting with over 200 children. Thanks to everyone who helped make the day a success. Special thanks to Santa for making the long trip here. He has already told us he can't wait to return to Lebanon Township again next year!
