Hurricane Irene Disaster Assistance
Federal disaster assistance
of up to $38 million is available to New Jersey residents affected by Hurricane Irene. Hunterdon County residents are
eligible for FEMA assistance. Refer to this
message
from the Hunterdon County Department of Public Safety Office of Emergency Management.
The Hunterdon County Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) has been set up at the
Hunterdon County Complex,
Building 1 Assembly Space,
314 Rt. 12,
Flemington, NJ 08822.
The hours of operation are
8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week until the DRC closes. The DRC may be open up to 90 days depending on need. The
POC is Brayden Fahey, Hunterdon County EMC - Office (908) 788-1196.
